1. Do you work in other markets besides Cincinnati?
Yes, I sure do! I’m licensed throughout the state of Ohio and work primarily in Cincinnati and Dayton. Live in Kentucky? No problem! I’d be happy to refer you to one of my expert colleagues south of the river.
2. My house needs work; can I still sell it quickly?
After understanding your specific situation, I’ll be glad to suggest key strategies that can help your home sell as quickly as possible, no matter how much “TLC” it needs.
3. Can you work with out-of-town buyers/sellers?
Yes, absolutely! Personally, I own properties in 3 different states, so I understand first-hand what it’s like to have an agent who’s adept at providing white-glove “virtual” service. I’m here to help you — wherever you are.
4. I don't want to sell but want to buy instead; can you help?
